1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data Premiumrent.al collects when you browse the site or book a vehicle, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to renters (guests and registered users) and to businesses applying to become a rental Partner.

2. Data we collect

• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, pickup/return dates and locations, and any special requests you add to a booking.
• Account details: if you register an account, your name, email, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Partner application details: if you apply to list vehicles, your business name and contact information.
• Technical data: standard web request data (IP address, browser, device type) and cookies - see Section 6 below.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: process and manage your bookings; send you booking confirmations and updates by email; share the booking details a Partner needs to fulfil your rental (see Section 4); respond to your enquiries; keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud; and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We share the booking details necessary to fulfil your rental - your name, contact details, and booking dates - with the Partner you’re booking from, since they need this to prepare the vehicle and meet you at pickup. We don’t share your personal data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes. We may also share data with service providers who help us run the Platform (for example, email delivery and hosting providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to fulfil the booking and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize the data. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted on request as described in Section 7.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies - to keep you logged in (if you have an account) and to protect the site against forgery attacks. The Platform can’t function properly without these, so they’re always on.

We also use your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, but a similar on-device mechanism) to remember small preferences, like your chosen display language, so you don’t have to reset them on every visit. This stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.

We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this section and ask for your consent first, through the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below - we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures - including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password storage - to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to limit access to it to those who need it to operate the Platform.

9. Children

The Platform isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. We’ll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and for significant changes we’ll make that clearer, for example through the cookie banner or a notice on the site.
